Tradestaff Rotorua is looking for an additional member to join our high performing team.  You don’t need to have experience in recruitment but having sales experience and some understanding of the trades sectors will certainly be an advantage.

Our recruitment consultants get to work with some of the best companies in the business helping them to deliver their projects on schedule and to budget. Developing relationships with them so we can provide them with the right people at the right time is a big part of what you will be doing on a day to day basis.

Alongside this, you will assist in the management of our workers; everything from sourcing, interviewing, inducting and making sure they are working in the most appropriate placement… recruitment within Tradestaff provides you with the environment to rub shoulders with people from all walks of life daily and you can go home at the end of your working day knowing you have made a positive difference to New Zealand business and our workers.
