As a consultant working in the temp market, no two days are the same, you don’t get time to twiddle your thumbs, but you get the satisfaction of finding the right person to fit to the right job.

To succeed you need to have a high degree of self motivation and initiative and you will be a real team player. You will thrive on pressure, have a great memory and be passionate about people!

In order to cope with the tempo of our busy branch, you will need to have experience in a high pressure sales environment. You must be able to multi task as you will be dealing with multiple transactions at any one time. You will also be handling all necessary admin whilst taking phone calls and meeting with temps and clients. In short…you must be highly organised and systematic as you will be juggling a variety of balls in the air.

Any trades experience would also be an advantage.
